My order today for London Fog was too sweet and I can' t drink it. They did not follow instructions for 1 sugar . There should be a choice for no sugar, so I can choose that. And it wasn' t packed properly cozit spilt too.

Everything was good & hot EXCEPT the crullers. They must have been day olds, they were hard and stale, At least the order came quickly (last time was over an hour 15 min) got it in under 20 minutes and was nice to get a hot coffee for a change

They only filled our extra large French French Vanilla's up halfway again. It happens very often as we order them lots. At least half the time they're barely filled up past halfway and yet we pay almost 20 dollars for them.

They just chucked the donut and brownie in with the hot lunch food so there was melted chocolate all over everything.
