I've had Tokyo Roll a few times and always thought it was good and worth the price. Tonight though was AMAZING! I went with a Roll Your Own and not only was it gorgeous but it was bigger than my face. Miso add on is a tasty steal and the tempura shrimp is always fresh and delicious. The real MVP of the meal though was the fried garlic pork ribs which I'd never had here before. When I tell you the CRUNCH was perfection I meaaaaan it was PERFECT! The meat inside was flavorful and hot and juicy too. Man.. what a way to hit the spot. Give whoever was on that fryer tonight a RAISE.

I got the build your own and wow its so good. Spicy salmon, sushi rice , add cucumber and kani salad, red tobiko, and tempura crunch with spicy mayo and eel sauce. My first time trying a poke bowl. did not disappoint at all.
