The order arrived promptly, maintaining its freshness and perfect temperature, which is crucial for açaí bowls. The base was smooth and creamy, not too icy, and had a natural sweetness that paired well with the toppings without being overwhelming.
The mix of textures and flavors in this bowl was spot on. The granola provided a delightful crunch, and the peanut butter added a rich creaminess that balanced the fruit’s sweetness. The mango was fresh and juicy, while the passion fruit brought a tangy contrast that elevated the entire bowl. • DoorDash orderI order açaí bowls from this company all the time. But the spots in Camarillo and Ventura do not nickel & dime you. And what I mean by that is this store in Thousand Oaks only includes 4 toppings in the price of their bowls. And then if you want more than 4 toppings, they charge you a dollar for each addl topping. They also do not give you an option to make the size of the açaí base smaller or larger. Like the other stores I mentioned above allow you to have the base be 1/2 or 3/4 of the cup. I also noticed, this store in TO didn't give you an option to add dragon fruit or other ingredients to the base. I don't know why this store is so diff... maybe a diff franchise owner than the other 2 stores. But I prob won't be back to this store because a) I am not in TO that much and b) I don't care for the higher prices and less choice you have in how the bowl is constructed.

• DoorDash orderTHE BEST AÇAÍ, pao de queijo and empanadas, ALL of it. i order from here almost every day. you will not be disappointed. my kids ask for bowls all the time. we're having it for dinner right now. don't go anywhere else (unless it's brazil) because it'll never be as good as Uba!!!

• DoorDash orderI got the medium size and it wasnt even filled halfway. It was a thin layer on the bottom, waste of money especially when they charge $4 more for the bowls then when you order at the location . they do this when you order pickup on DoorDash as well.

• DoorDash orderMy bowl came only half way full and after paying $20 for a large I would've expected it to be full, like the other 29 times i've ordered this exact same bowl.
