The Ghee Sambar Idly always hits the spot and its a lot of food on its own for one person. I usually get the extra sambar so the idly is drenched. The Gulab Jamun is yummy too. They made the food quickly which is a plus.

Udupi Palace is hands-down the best Indian restaurant in SF. Aloo Matar is delicious. So flavorful and hits the spot every time. Great staff, great service. If you like So Indian cuisine, Udupi Palace is your place!

Im gobsmacked! This is the best South Indian food I've had in the States so far! I highly recommend the masala dosa and malabar parota - these dishes tasted like it came straight from a local restuarant in Kerala, India.

The food tastes bad. All the chutneys and sambar are watered down and bland. The dosa's and uttappams taste like they are just a day away from going bad. And yet I keep coming back every 3 months hoping somethings changed and maybe I can finally try some decent Indian breakfast

Heavenly!!!! Thats how the 1. Idli Or Ghee Sambar Idli tastes like. The tatse, quantity and the quality of the 21. MiniTiffin 2 ( Idli/Vada/Uppma/Kesari Bath) is incredible.
