My son & I are obsessed with the red curry & chicken katsu. Hands down they make the best crab rangoon & sesame chicken I have ever eaten. Everything is so fresh & flavorful. I love that all of their sauces/condiments are made from scratch. Fabulous food & Amazing service.

Very great. The Katsu Entrée was fresh and very tasty. Great price for all included. Husband got the Dynamite Roll and Rock-N-Roll. He enjoyed them a said they were super fresh!

This is the best sushi bar in the Omaha metro. I've been going to Umami since they opened, Jay knows my order when he sees me walking in. Now they are on DoorDash for days like today when I am too busy to get to Bellevue! I might be in heaven.
They never get my order wrong and it is always fresh. I love this place.

The Yellow Curry was so delicious not to spicy the coconut milk really bring out the flavor! we got so many rolls my daughter loved them all! great prices and good size portions

The salmon sushi was very good, but the chicken and shrimp hibachi was sub par to say the least - especially for 25$
The shrimp had a weird texture like it was frozen-thawed-frozen-thawed and the whole meal was just swimming in sauce as you can see from the photo. Simply too much sauce.
