Surprised by how good this dish tasted! The cilantro rice was super tasty, great portion of not dry chicken, and roasted Brussels sprouts perfectly cooked. Will definitely be ordering from Vale again!

The Vale Essentials Chicken Bowl was fresh and well seasoned. I enjoyed it and would definitely order it again. I was surprised to see that the Almond Butter Protein Brownie Bites; Vegan,GF was the size that it was for what it was priced at, but it was really good.

Delicious! I was able to have protein, vegetables and carbs of my choice, fresh and healthy. The food was well prepared and well placed in the bowl. only disappointment is that the sprouts and some of the broccoli were too burnt

The Acai Banana Split wasn't really it....I love eating this kind of thing...and when I pay for extra toppings I expect at least a heart scoop, not a sprinkling.....also, 4 strawberries??? Really? I don't like complaining, but this was not just not it. I paid a lot for this bowl....

I wasnt able to get a picture of the food before I digged in because I was hungry lol. The Vale Essentials Chicken Bowl is delicious! I love that they dont skimp on the portion size like some other places do. I also got their Whole Grain White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie and it's AMAZING. Props to them and the doordasher because it came in the package still warm! Ive had their banana bread before and tbh it was kind of dry and plain so I wasnt expecting much for the cookie but im glad I was pleasantly surprised.
