Have ordered twice in the last week. Food items have always been fine, but first order the coffee was ice cold. Second order the coke tasted like it was just colored carbonated water. Really lacking in quality control over there.

The soda was terrible but those Summer Strawberry Salads are amazing and were made perfectly and justso good! I wish there was an option to order an extra dressing like there is in the store ( and pay for it ). Seriously though the sodas are so hit and miss. Usually the rootbeer is fine but nitneventjat was drinkable todayB both drinks went straight in the trash.

No bacon. Pink burger patties. Cardboard cold fries. Was very sad because normally I get perfect hot and fresh every time. Not this time.

Absolutely terrible quality food, everything we received was cold, fries, burgers, nuggets all cold and the drinks were barely half filled, my frosty was melted. My burger was supposed to have tomatoes, lettuce, sweet onions and pickles with cheese and bacon but they made it plain instead. This cost me almost $40 for terrible quality food, Wendy needs to do better because this is pretty pathetic! I ended up requesting a full refund. I will not order from Wendy's again.
