I just didn't get what I was supposed to get so the employees of Wendy's messed up and didn't put all of my purchased items in my bag come on Wendy's get it together I was really looking forward to that Salted Caramel Frosty® but instead I received a chocolate Frosty® and I don't really like chocolate ice cream or chocolate milk thank you

This Wendys's is less than 7 min from my office. Unfortunately I can never leave, so I use Door Dash. Really needed coffee, when I received my coffee it was actually ice cold, disgusting . Wendy's had to know they sent cold coffee out, and it was old. Terrible
