Informed after ordering that the restaurant had run out of cheese, for 6:30 I found that strange. Order arrived and we were missing one order French fries. I phoned the restaurant and was told that the DoorDash driver was responsible for packing the order which didn’t make any sense. Took me half an hour to finally find where to report missing items on the doordash website under my order. Very frustrated with the experience today. Very sad as the hamburgers were very tasty, but unfortunately not worth the aggravation.
