First time getting everything that I ordered and the wings we're totally on point. Fresh cooked and the perfect amount of sauce. the lemon 🍋 herb 🌿 is stupidly good. Thank you wing stop. Totally proud of your staff on hand today.

The fries were burnt and looked like they were the end of the batch. They weren't fresh there were a bunch of little burnt pieces, way too salty, and the fry was supposed to be a cheese fry but there was no cheese on them at all. The chicken was over cooked and the Chicken Sandwich literally had 3 drops of sauce and nothing else, it was so dry!!!

Food was unacceptable ... Sauce wasn't even covering food fries were not a large fry and not seasoned... they are usually good quantity is not counted right..

the boneless chicken was overcooked and my extra order of cheese fries had no cheese just plain fries

My wings were literally sitting in a puddle of grease/oil, the plain wings were fried super hard!!!
The mild wings were fried hard also but edible(I was hungry,ok!) Quantity definitely trumps Quality in fast food today. I used to be a GM at Hardees and I can definitely say Customer Service has lost its way.Seriously, from time to time I try eating out its not worth the money, the stress (are they going to.get it right this time?) it truly is a gamble!!
In my experience this is an absolute reflection of Management!!!
