Waited about an hour for my pickup order .Gave a 25min headstart so they wouldn't be rushed. Just started my order when i got there.Fries were undercooked & no browning whatsoever. Wings were good. While waiting I figured I could atleast use restroom. Nope can't do it, someone is always in their apparently. For the price it's expected be more quality & that starts at the simplest of things including fries & honesty. Leaving review because I love wingstop & have been a loyal customer for years.I'd hate for the business to be tarnished from a few simple fixes. Leaving review not as backlash but as constructive feedback.
