Advice for whoever prepares the food. When ordering extra seasoning on the fries we mean to mix it well not just dump seasoning on top and leave the bottom unseasoned. Asked for well done chicken and fries, chicken was rubbery and fries were soggy. Spent over $20 for inedible food. The order was correct though!

I ordered all flats and this is what I received. I was not given any dipping sauce even though I ordered ranch. The chicken was super hard and some of the leg pieces were to tough to chew. Needless to say I was very disappointed with my food and I paid and extra fee for the flats.

Asked for light seasoning on Cajun Fried Corn and got a thick layer all over it, I couldn't tell you how the fries we because we didnt get the ones we paid for. Honey hot wings are usually good except this time there was no sauce on the 10 Wings and all of this was after the order was 30+ minutes late.
I tried to be patient and give grace but this is the third time having a similar experience, the food is not cheap and on average for 2 adults and 2 kids we waste about $60

I got the NEW! 3 pc Crispy Tender Combo! IT WAS DELICIOUS. They even gave me an extra Ranch and the mango habanero sauce is so yummy.!
