The 3 Chipotle Ranch Chicken Finger Tacos + Drink arrived soggy. The juices from the tomatoes saturated the tortilla. If they strained the tomatoes I'm sure it would help some. For the $17 price tag on this item I was expecting a quality wrap meal with a solid portion similar to the Red Headed Gwendy establishment, but was sadly underwhelmed by the portion size. For an adult, you get more bang for your buck with the chicken finger boxes.
It was hard to eat the wraps considering the food was wet, but I do hope to try the item in person rather than delivery to give it another chance. If you're ordering for delivery I would recommend removing the tomatoes if possible.

I was genuinely surprised by this order this time. Normally it's a hit or miss, but this time was solid in all areas. Fries were made fresh, warm, crispy—only needed a little more seasoning. The bread was the real MVP: hot, buttery, garlicky, and soft as just out of the oven.
Portion-wise, everything was okay except the tenders—they were smaller than usual in size, kind of stringy and dense, and didn't have the same heat as the fries or bread, which was disappointing.
Bravo to the new to-go cup seal—totally easy to remove—and box upgrade is a great step up from the old styrofoam. I do miss the foam cups, though. RIP.

Food was delicious, wish there were more boneless wings because they tasted amazing & I needed more and the fried pickles and fries were cooked perfectly and all fresh. I would definitely order again.
