fries are bigger than the chicken fingers. ordered 6 and only got 3... food arrived cold, fries didn't have any seasoning on them. Dasher was awesome and extremely quick! Zaxby's was horrible!!

It legit looks like someone was playing in my food I ordered a large fry and this less than a regular fry I eat Zaxbys all the time, and both my drinks were flat...

Chicken tasted awful like they didn't change the oil at all today, the toast tasted like cigarettes it was really bad the only thing that was good was the drink!

the ladies running the inside were obviously short staffed and their screens were packed full of orders. besides being short staffed, they communicated well with each other and were calm, helpful, and a joy to interact with. my food is steaming hot and everybody on shift today deserves a big, fat bonus. please Zaxby's higher ups, if you're reading this, your workers need to be shown that they are doing a great job and are very much appreciated especially by people like me-a customer!
