The Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz both the chicken fingers and the fries were burnt and cold. My plate lacked the coleslaw I ordered. I know I ordered close to closing, but that shouldn't be an excuse for terrible service. This isn't the type of service I expected from Zaxby's.

Big Zax Snak® Meals and Zaxbys™ Spicy Signature Sandwich were good. I paid more for a bigger drink and all the drinks were small. Sigh.

They usually alright but they often go a little light on the double fries and on my most recent order they gave me the sweetest tea in existence when I ordered unsweetened tea
