ordered the funnel cake it was disgusting. the appearance was terrible and the quality the taste was horrible. it tastes like they made it last week and when I asked about it the manager said it should be eaten within 5 to 10 minutes. what she should have told me that I was at the drive-thru

The chicken was old and dry. You could tell the food had been sitting at least an hour. The manager did not even apologize when I called to complain.

Still killing it, everyday. Boneless wings were great and chicken parm fries were solid. I'm glad I found Zaxby's, and glad I can get pretty consistent quality from this Zaxby's in particular. It is better than a year or two ago, for sure.
