Shrimp was fried hard and was dark almost burnt,toast with everything was burnt I will not order from this one again I usually eat from the one in huntersville and it's delicious

The chicken tenders tasted like cigarette smoke, I dont know how else to describe it. I normally like Zaxbys but my order today was horrible.

Do not order from them, it will take way too long and 9/10 something will be incorrect or poorly made.

My zalad was great, only thing is they forgot the bacon (which is my favorite part) but not a deal breaker. I will definitely order again.
