everything I get from Zaxby's is excellent! I love the chicken any way you get it. shrimp is good too. wish their to go containers were ecofriendly tho.

The Kickin Chicken Sandwich was extremely dry and chicken was over cooked. The bread was so over done as well unfortunately.

I had to drive there and pick up half of my missing order. Then, the "fixed" order was messed up by the teenager at the register again. The food is good, but it should not have been made that difficult to get my food.

Fries should have seasoning on the side. Instead had a ton of seasoning on it. Only received one honey mustard and I paid for extra. Did not receive any ranch. Did not receive the chocolate chip cookies ordered.
