I asked for double toppings and they truly delivered with them! The potatoes are huge and so tasty! The bubble tea is amazing and so delicious! I love the mixed bubbles so I get a taste of everything

I've been ordering from this location since they opened in the mall. They had the best potatoes out of any of the others. Which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. Quality has significantly gone downhill the last 3 times I've ordered there. The potatoes are almost half the size you get from the other locations now, and the ones I ordered yesterday and today (was trying to give them another shot before leaving a bad review) were inedible. The toppings were great, but the potato itself (what little was actually there) was hard yet burnt all the way through. I love Potato Patch, but I won't be ordering from this location anymore. I'm not going to complain with DD because I know that could cost PP and my DD driver money, but this was unacceptable for a $9+ potato ($17 after adding all the delivery fees). I will keep my business solely at the State Line location from now on.

Usually great. Ordered a bacon chick ranch potato. Was given 1/4 of the cheese and bacon that was supposed to be on the potato, but was drenched in ranch. Potato was also burnt and hard. Horrible tonight.
