Made the dasher (who was very kind and as quick as she could be) wait a long time, donuts were cold and crusty, gave me a small coffee instead of a large Iced Vanilla Latte ... not impressed

They don't never have the special boxes, the ones with decorative toppings. They don't never have all the donuts for the custom assorted either

Didn't have 24 Count Original Glazed® Doughnut Holes but they replaced with 6 original glazed doughnuts. Doughnuts taste okay but it's average.
