Ordered a Hank’s BBQ Bacon Sandwich and they over fried the chicken , didn't the amount of bbq sauce advertised , the bacon was chewy and it was falling apart , the Lemon Pepper Fries were salty , way too much lemon pepper seasoning and the regular fries was mid , they just didn't care

I fell for the buy one get one sandwich. No lie, my teeth hurt from the 1st bite. The bun was hard and the chicken even harder. I was the 1st delivery and still the food was cold. This was a bad experience.

These sandwiches are AMAZING! Loved their honey smothered chicken sandwich. The chicken is served with sweet honey and creamy coleslaw on a buttery toasted brioche bun. So goood!!
