• DoorDash orderBRISKET wrapped in butcher paper, so exciting to open then... 3 slices $46.00? supposedly a pound? What's a half lb one slice? The taste bland, no smoke, no flavor. My family is from Texas. I expected a flavor explosion so under whelming. No salt, pepper, or smoke, just flavorless meat. MAC & CHEESE no parmesan breadcrumbs as described,tomato bits? Maybe the tomato bits are smoked.. Nope! Why are tomatoes in Mac n cheese? undercooked pasta. Coleslaw just raw cabbage, vinegar, a tad of sugar, salt creamy, onion... something to break down the raw taste..Nope- I had to fix it. I'm really disappointed, not what I expected at all. Guess I'll go back to mighty Quinns. At least their brisket has smoke flavor. I wanted it to taste great. It was less than average.
