Good food, Get Veg'd pizza was a bit mangled but still nice. Garlic Focaccia was great

I am really perplexed. I ordered the exact same meal as last time, the Pollo Pasta with extra anchovies, pinenuts, chilli flakes and ricotta and it had a totally different taste, texture and experience. The last time I had it, it was from a five star restaurant, with a sublime flavour profile and excellent textures. It was a true revelation and delicious. This time, the pasta was overcooked and the sauce was slimy and it arrived cold, the one or two small pieces of chicken were not browned like last time. The pinenuts tasted stale. No anchovies at all. It had mushrooms in it? But, they were not listed on the menu and were just wrong with the other flavours. This time, the pasta tasted like it was an afterthought, that had come from a pizza restaurant and the pizza cook was having a bad day on top. Still no cutlery provided. I favourited your restaurant. Now, I have unfavourited. I am so confused and disappointed.

Pollo Pasta When you order pasta from a pizza restaurant, you do so at your own risk. Generally, in my experience, they are really shoddy affairs and if they are edible, that is a major win. I must say, your pasta was amongst (if not) the best I have received on Doordash whilst living at this property. The only criticism, is that you were a bit light-on with the anchovies. I love anchovies. But, I acquiesce to the chef, as the flavour and texture were truly sublime. The pasta arrived, cooked to perfection and the meal was hot, which is a rarity. The added chilli was to taste and the fresh traditional ricotta, was a revelation. The red-peppers had been marinated in olive oil, beautiful. The fresh basil, lovely. The chicken, pan-fried or roasted and brown, as I prefer it. You are my new favourite restaurant. Added. Brilliant pasta!
