Food is good as always, but why offer Boba items if you're not using to use boba straws? Now I've got an empty cup with a bunch of boba at the bottom and I basically just paid $5 for a regular ice coffee. Hindsight's 20/20 I guess

I called rest 5x and got no answer, to ensure my food was made fresh, when my order arrived to me it was old abd cold, the restaurant is only 3 min away , so my fresh food wouldve been either still fresh or very warm not old and cold !

Everything was great besides the Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack® patty was extremely dry, bun seemed stale was not fun to bite into
