I usually love dunn bros much more than Starbucks, but this is the second time I ordered from this location and my orders have been "rushed". First order I dont get my second item that was a free promo and still got charged, second order everything was just thrown in messily in the bag. I understand retail being busy from having experience but makes me not want to order from this location at least. I talked to the manager and she was super friendly and I got a partial refund from DoorDash. I still love Dunn bros but I wouldnt recommend this location.

Bacon and cheddar wrap with Lavender Vanilla Latte. Wrap was good and warm however it didn't look very appealing, kinda mangled. Latte was great.

The Red Bull Red Bull Berry Blast Infusion was really good! I did the Build your own Nirvana with white chocolate and caramel, also a delicious coffee drink! The Sausage & Cheddar Biscuit was very dry unfortunately.

I believe this is the 3rd or 4th time I've gotten a drink that was missing Ingredients or is just not good. Today I get my Lavander Vanilla Nirvana and it had the smallest amount of soft whip and chunks of what I'm assuming is oatmilk that was not shaken by the barista. As a fellow barista this is not ok. Even if it's busy I still make a quality drink because it's what you're supposed to do. It's disappointing.
