I got Bagel Sandwich with an everything wheat bagel with tuna salad and it was super fresh tasting. The tuna wasnt fishy and it was certainly not a lot of mayo, which I like but may not be your thing. The Lox gourmet Sandwich had so much lox on it we had to remove some! That was a perfect filling brunch. One star off of the food because their bagels are a little bit onthe sticky side, but what do I know? Im just another nyc foodie and transplant.

The flat bagel was delicious however, I ordered it thinking it would be less bagel. NOT! It was humongous! I think it was a regular sized bagel, just smashed flat, which meant there was no way it was fitting into my toaster!! I had to cut it into pieces to toast it. The mushroom Boureka was really good but could have used a little more mushrooms. Fruit cup was fresh but only 2/3 of it was edible because cantaloupe and honeydew melons were underripe. Melon should never be crunchy.

I love Izzy's bagels. They're always incredible. They are just like the ones in NY that I remember from 2009. Every morning I'd walk down the block from the Chelsea hotel where I was staying and have a bagel, cream cheese, and coffee. Those memories come back whenever I treat myself to Izzy's. I'm not sure how they do it without the NY water that is supposed to be the magic, but they do!!! So good. Every. Time. The babka is incredible, too! I love it warmed with butter.

I'm your typical opinionated native New Yorker, born and raised eating real New York bagels. You do have the bagel right - but your sandwich assembly is a shanda. I just ate the worst (and expensive) lox & cream cheese bagel I've had.

Ordered Baker's Dozen , only received 1/2 dozen. The bagels were decent or else I would've rated the place 1 star for ripping us off. Also, the Lox gourmet Sandwich has twice as much cream cheese as it needs and skimps on the lox.
