The spare ribs were excellent. The country chicken was very good. The brisket was a split decision. The brisket is really tender. However, the flavoring on the brisket is beyond awful. I don't know what it was; maybe too salty but it tastes terrible. They should fix that.

Food was very good. Really like the jalapeño cheddar sausage. Brisket was good, ribs were good, pulled pork was good. Would have like more smokiness in the flavor of all the meats though.
