I ordered mashed potatoes as a side and separate gravy as a side. I LIKE EXTRA GRAVY I got mashed potatoes AND gravy TOGETHER THIS STORE IS ALWAYS MESSING UP MY ORDERS

KFC has always been my go to for fast food. That has changed. I got the 16 piece. "The crispy" on the outside was so thick and heavy it made the pieces unrecognizable. There were tiny bones in the larger pieces, which I have NEVER seen in chicken parts. We fought through the coating and the bones the best we could, but there was too much waste - including leftovers, which no one wanted. Is the original crispy better? I would be willing to try it if recompensed for what we didn't like AT ALL.

I was excited to try this! However,when it arrived by Door dash it looked like this picture.9 fries,a little potato and hardly any toppings. Not happy!
