Every item I've tried from Dim Sum Bistro over the past year has been consistently delicious. The food tastes fresh and the flavors are always spot-on. Some of my favorites are the 25. Shark's Fin Dumpling with Shrimp and Pork 魚翅餃 , the 49. Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce 豉汁鳳爪 , the Mini B.B.Q. Pork Bun (3) 迷你叉烧包 , and the 27. Pan - Fried Turnip Cake with Pork 香煎蘿蔔糕 . I just love this place.♡

The 21. Steamed Shrimp and Pork Siu Mai 蝦子燒賣 was soooo good. Also the 15a. Deep-Fried Sesame Ball 煎堆仔 was amazing. My wife said we finally found our fav dimsum restaurant with a great taste and price.

Good portion size on the steamed chicken rice. The rice has just the right "QQ" to it (not too wet or dry similar to al dente noodles). Shumai was excellent and very reasonably priced. The fried pork ball was decent but not particularly special. Definitely will order here again.

I love Dim Sum Bistro. The food is always consistently delicious and I'm in love with their 49. Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce 豉汁鳳爪 . It's the best I've found in SF so far. Definitely give this place a try if you love authentic dim sum.
