Burger had so much grease in the bag, that I could pour it off and measure it; almost 2 ounces. And the large Cajun Fries were anything but large; the cup of fries sent is a FRACTION of the size/portion of the bag of fries you get at the restaurant. This meal was an EPIC FAIL... So generally speaking, the food is typical for Five Guys, which is very good. But that being said, this particular store, for some unknown reason, refuses to dump a bunch of fries in the bottom of your bag. When I pay 16 bucks for a Cheeseburger, and then I pay another almost 9 bucks for Regular Fries, I pretty much expect the entire bottom of my bag to be covered in fries. The last 5 times I have ordered from Five Guys, no joke, I barely get my container filled and there's just a few fries strewn here or there on the bottom of the bag. What gives? Either the franchise needs to charge less for a Cheeseburger and Regular Fries so it's more in line with other companies who are offering the same deal, or they need to not suffer from literal "Chipotle Burrito Syndrome" when doing portion sizes for the Regular Fries. What's even funnier about all this is there was a recent Food Theory episode about the value of purchasing french fries from fast food restaurants and even Chik-Fil-A, for me locally and recently, has done a better job of maximizing the value I get on dollar-per-french-fry. Whoever is running this Five Guys, you should be embarassed and ashamed of yourself, that this situation happened this many times, and you need to consult with your corporate superiors about the price of a potato.

Don't bother going at night. They slapped together my burger I guess because they were busy but I don't care about the wait time I just want a quality burger! The lettuce was soggy and they really skimped out on the bbq and grilled onions. The meat also had a lot of gristle I couldn't chew. Really sad, used to love this place but now I know my lesson.
