• DoorDash orderDid NOT follow special instructions and in fact put the least amount of Mayo on one side of the sandwich I've ever seen. Dry, very old, breaking apart bread. The dog ended up with the sandwich. It was that bad. Complete waste of money! It's sad you can walk in the store, get a fresh sandwich, soft bread, they follow instructions AND put it in a box. But use the door dash app and boom dry, stale bread falling apart, no instructions followed & they throw the sandwich in a paper bag and not the sandwich box. Something needs to change. It's happening too often or this place needs to be removed from the door dash app.

• DoorDash orderThey need to READ directions and reach out if they do not have an item, versus changing the order and choosing what they want to give. Example; customer chooses chips, they are out so they throw any kind they want in the bag. Sandwiches are awesome, they just gotta read the order.

• DoorDash orderMy Southwest Turkey & Bacon Panini was absolutely perfect, however the Reuben Whole Sandwich was overtoasted quite a bit. if toast time is standard i suggest asking for light toast. next time 5 stars
