Sourdough Jack®, Onion Rings, Classic Crispy Jack Wrap, egg Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) were all really good, and super warm to hot. Loaded Tiny Tacos, however, had extra hot sauce, no cheese sauce, and only about a pinch of lettuce. Also, you need to serve a fork with the Loaded Tiny Tacos, as it's very trying to eat with your fingers.

I got a Large Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo and my fries were medium, cold and hard. The meat seemed like it was at least an hour long. I know because i work at a mc donalds and meat isnt supposed to look dry.

I just moved to the area, and have been pretty happy with Jack in the Box over the years. The food is pretty consistent, and I think it's okay for what it is. This location, however, breaks the mold. They constantly over or under cook the food (like the cinnamon rolls they burned to a crisp and still put in my bag), and get things like "no mustard" or "add grilled onions" wrong. I go out of my way to get my food from other locations, even though this one is less than a mile from my house. I submitted a request for help to corporate with two orders they screwed up so badly I couldn't eat them on December 1st. It's now January 14th and I have not heard back from the franchise owner. Go someplace else if you want food.

The salad was missing tomatoes and only had a few sprinkles of cheese.
Looks a bit wilted :(
Lid was askew....but tomatoes not in the bag.
