this jack in the box sucks. always takes way too long. waiting over an hour for the food. the food is always stale and nasty.

took forever and the fries weren't even cooked all the way and the chicken was hard like an eraser and the taco shell was in a million pieces

I love your Sourdough Jack® but I don't like them cold. Fries were hotter than the burger and the Two Tacos I love them

I liked the burger but I was hoping the bacon would've been crispier and that there was a place to add additional sauces and lots of napkins . Thanks other than those things it was great . Blessings
