Fantastic amount of food for the cost. Generous portions of teriyaki, tempura, salad and miso soup. I was impressed because the tempura wasnt soggy, despite the time between pick up and delivery/when I actually had time to eat it. Nice and crunchy and about 10 pieces (sweet potato, squash, onion, string beans, broccoli, and prawns). Gyozas were also delicious. The miso soup flavor was a bit different than what im used to, so I didnt enjoy that as much (had a lemon or citrisy tang to it). My boyfriend and I got the same Bento Box 1 and he got the chicken teriyaki, but I got beef in mine. Despite the different bentos, the beef was AMAZING and I will be craving it forthe rest of the week. We will be ordering from here again!

Bento box didnt come with sauce for the gyoza or tempura sauce for the tempura. The miso was murky and overly salty. The terriyaki was supposed to be chicken but it was beef and the portion was really small. The tempura tasted gross. It was under fried and the batter itself was heavy. I do not recommend and will never order from here again.

The food was absolutely delicious. The quantity was more than enough. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I purchased a canned drink and it was not included with the delivery. Otherwise, no complaints.

Would not order again. Ordered coke, got a diet coke. Ordered sriracha mayo, got some random red sauce. Salad was so small i finished it in 3 bites. Miso soup tasted so sour i think they cut it with the sweet and sour soup. Tempura was decent, chicken okay, but just so many mess ups in one order there is just no way it was a one off for them.
