Very wilted/old lettuce. Kind of gross. And luckily I ordered this as a pickup so I could confirm they packed my requested dressing - which they had not. I repeated my request for Southwest dressing to the cashier. If this had been a delivery order, I would've received the wrong dressing. They don't read the orders carefully - they're on autopilot.

Lack of communication as to fact it was here. Didn't pay attention to items needed changes. Burger dried out.
Service is getting worse all the time. Mainly in kitchen.
Seems as it (burger) was set aside too long. Things have gone backwards not forward.

The croissants are sooo soft and tasty! The eggs, alrhough not how I like them when I cook them, are perfect in this sandwich and sausage seasoned just right!!! The sanwiches were piping hot even by the tome ot got here!!! Will definitely reorder
