They need to revamp their staff. Always missing items. My dasher asked them for ranch on my behalf and apparently the lady working there freaked out on her. Uncalled for. They're rude when I go in person too

I had the Large Bacon Double Smashed Jack Combo , I loved the burger but didn't care for the onion rings. They were cooked to long which made them to hard. The shake was good but what could of made it better was more of ice cream. It was like drinking a glass of chocolate milk.
