• DoorDash orderThe Tonkotsu Black Ramen at spice level 2 with added bamboo shoots is a great bowl of ramen. The Chasu is very tasty, the broth stands out as one of the best among Ramen Shops in SoCal and the thin alkaline ramen noodles slurp with just the right amount of broth to dazzle the palate.
