Breakfast Tacos are always great, I had hoped the Coffee was better. It tasted like it was the last of it out of the carafe and I asked for real sugar packets (usually white packet coloring) or splenda packets (known to be in yellow packets), but was sent zero calorie sweetener or commonly known as the pink packets.

Ive been coming to this place since I was a kid, its a nice taste from home. From a kid to adult ive always gone with the Combo Plates (Half Asada/Half Pollo Desebradado)
If you have the time to go in person it's even better as well, a delivery box doesnt do their entrees justice.

We've only dined-in once but were already sold on this classic, sparsely decorated, old school Mexican joint tucked back at the corner of the I-35 N feeder and Reinli St. based on the simple fact that they make the best Breakfast Tacos in town. Seriously. I know that's a bold statement but you have to try 'em before you fight me. I'm not sure what they do to make such a simple thing so dang good. Mass hypnosis? Voodoo? Human sacrifice? Don't know, don't really care. I just know they are sublime (it could be the tortillas - fluffy with nice char). As are the two salsas they offer (red and green).
Whatever it is they are the best.
The one time we dined-in was for breakfast and we made the conscious decision to order something other than tacos. Migas and Chiliquiles both rocked and should be added to your weekly routine as much as your diet will allow.
In short, we can't sing the praises of this place enough. A++++

The Caldo de Res is exactly what I wanted. I wish the meat was more tender but other than that perfect for our colder weather.

Delicious food. Great service. Steak was very tasty but was a bit tough and boracho beans could have been cooked a bit more and have more flavor. Very fresh guacamole! My partner loved the chicken quesadillas.
