This is legit an example of really good BBQ that comes from the strech of southern Missouri, Oklahoma, and some Texas. The Beef Short Ribs, Bone-In (About 1 lb.) was crazy good.

Au jus used to be really good but now it seems to be really hit or miss. The BBQ Baked Beans are inconsistent and the All Beef Hotdog has gotten a lot smaller. Really hope they can get back to what they used to be.

I used to order fromAu Jus when ita smaller operation and the lamb Roasted Lamb Sandwich was amazing. Perfectly cooked and tender. NOW the lamb was so conpleley overcooked to thepoint wheee it was hard to chew. It also was not well spiced. Such a shame. It used to be the best thing on the menu. The Oklahoma Onion Burger Slider was awful. It almost had no onions on it, and what little was in therereminded me of a bad White Castle product. Also the burger was overcooked -- I asked for mediumand this was well done or even more. The cornbread was delicious (but very crumbly) and the Smoked Gouda Macaroni & Cheese was ok -- although I didnt really taste smoked Gouda maybe thats, just me. I wont order from this place ever again. The quality of the food was not worth anything close to what I paid.

photos are not at all what you get. Tulsa Pulled Pork Slider is a tiny Hawaiian bun not a full panini looking thing like it is in the photo.

The Corned Beef Platter tasted good, but the portion size was pathetic. Same with my side of mac and cheese. The salad was a reasonable portion though.
