• DoorDash orderThis is the second time I ordered from here on doordash and my order is never right. I ordered a Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo and obviously it's not fully loaded. it had about 1 piece of bacon and no sausage at all but double egg and 1 little piece of ham. For an almost $20 meal i expected better.

• DoorDash orderThe 2 Monster Tacos were not very good unless you only eat the parts with the meat and cheese. Lettuce isn't very good on them. The Mummy Wrapped Monster Taco was good, but would be better without lettuce

• DoorDash orderThe Build Your Own Munchie Meal was a great value. But they included a normal straw with my boba, so the straw just got clogged by the tapioca pearls.

• DoorDash orderMy Large Mocha Sweet Cream Iced Coffee had no chocolate at all in it. It was so sweet it wasn't drinkable. Apparently Jack won't refund for certain items, but the important thing is to make them aware of the mistakes they made.
