My absolute favorite ramen I've ever had. I went past medium for first option as well as richness and I highly recommend giving it a shot. Spicy level 3-4 has been ideal for me and I love pretty much everything spicy. Soooo fire. If I could get it every week, I would.

Definitely lacking on the broth, which was disappointing -- cup was only a quarter the way full. Also could use better packaging for such an esteemed brand. Spice was nice though -- I ordered a 7 and it was manageable. I feel most will be fine with a 3 (their first spice level).

The broth was good but there was such a sad amout of the pork (two thin slices) and a handful of chives- that was it. At this price point i expect a little more. The dish fell flat.
