instructions to customize were not followed. a 🍔 isn't a cheeseburger if there is no cheese... Wendy's needs to get it together

the coffee in the picture shows regular Cold Brew coffee with nothing in it, which is how I ordered it... no surprise, it came with some sort of creamer... not the greatest, but at least it is tolerable... just wish the workers would actually read the beverage on orders... I've not had any real issues with food customizations-just drinks... and it's been plain unsweetened coffee, cold brew or iced tea...
