Loaded nacho cheeseburger. I recommend you have some bleach on standby for later consumption. This burger is disgusting beyond belief.

Had to have this delivered AGAIN because Wendy's forgot it the first time. Go figure it's the 5 year old's food too. Thanks for the sadness it caused my kid to make him think he didn't get to eat.
