T he burger was good but didn't look the same as was pictured. The egg rolls were good, but they didn't send me the sweet and sour sauce as I had indicated in my order.

A little too sweet for my taste - I have tried ordering the Mocha version without the choclolaty syrup, but somehow it always comes with it, so it is too sweet as well!

I ordered a combo meal, and when I got my order, the fries were missing. I contacted them, and they said that I wasn't eligible for a replacement or refund. I'm a devoted customer, but I will be taking my business somewhere else. This is not acceptable business practices.

This is my second time ordering from Jack in the Box and the 2nd time that they didn't include my dipping sauce. Very disappointing . Also, in this order, the French fries didn't taste like they were fully cooked.
