I don't know what type of cheese that was supposed to be but it definitely was NOT ricotta or mozzarella. It had the texture of glue and left a burnt after taste. The veggies were good

Sometimes getting a picture is impossible because I literally have no patience when it comes to this food. (That's why the plate is tampered with lol) The shrimp is PERFECTION, always fresh, cleaned very well and never over or under cooked. They are also a great size and you get a generous amount. The chunky garlic makes the sauce pop and the basil omg heavenly. This food comforts me so much. Anytime I have the chance to treat myself I choose Trufa. Please try this! 10/10, as usual!
