The Fresh Atlantic Salmon* was very good! Cooked well, arrived warm, and, while not a large piece, still very satisfying and with good flavor. Outsides were crisp and insides were cooked through (which is how I prefer) but not dry. Sides (mashed potatoes and asparagus) were larger portions and both good. Asparagus was a bit too much pepper for my taste, but I'm sensitive to it.

Everything I've had from Slo-Roast has been amazing, ribs, tri-tip, chicken, prime rib and the baked potatoes!! So delicious, arrives quickly and reasonable prices!

I ordered a baked potato with butter sour cream and chives and nothing. my Salmon was a very small portion, details matters it just takes a second to get the details right.

Food was pretty cold when it got here. The Fresh Atlantic Salmon* was small and slender and was over cooked, dry, and crunchy. I feel if it was cooked properly, it would have been pretty good.
