The [P2] Pho Your Style [PHO TU CHON ] with brisket is by far the best Pho in this area and the best I've ever had! The Pho is consistently fresh and tasty and makes my taste buds jump for joy! Spicy Level 2 is my perference. Also, the management/staff are top tier. I order from here at least once a week so, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Food is great as usual. I've never had a bad dish from them. They are sweet & help as to how the dishes are normally served. Love how you can pick up broth and extras when needed and the beignets are to die for, although my dogs pinned me down & licked all the sugar off when I got home. They really appreciated the extra broth I put on their food, however! Banh mi is the best I've found locally and the egg rolls are a light meal on their own for lunch or light dinner. You must try Pho Midway whether you live local and order or visit in-person.

So good! [A7] Chicken Dumpling Soup [[ SUP GA DUMPLING ]] was flavorful. I added their XTRA 1 CHILI OIL SAUCE and XTRA Steamed Vegetables [[ RAU CAI LUOC ]] and it was all delicious. They also include an Asian soup spoon which was amazing!

This was my first time trying PHO and I must say PHO Midway was amazing. PHO Midway neatly arranged my food separately and carefully. I enjoyed it and have plenty of it left!!! I do wish a few more shrimp were included, however, it was great. Fresh vegetables and seasoned with the right amount.

Beautiful silky dumplings, and the Pho was awesome. I ordered extra noodles and did not need to. It was the perfect amount. The way everything was packed was awesome. With the noodles and ingredients not in the broth, but packed separately. It kept the noodles from swelling up and becoming mushy and you could add just what you wanted [no raw onions for me :) ].
