• DoorDash order11. Plantain Fufu is the best dish on Door Dash! I order this at least twice a week. Okra soup with peanut stew and plantain 11. Plantain Fufu. Soooooo good, taste phenomenal every time.

• DoorDash reviewThe customer service was immaculate! I didn't really like the egusi soup it had way too much oil and too much spinach with very little egusi. The pepper sauce was flavorful and so was the goat meat. The meat was tender and seasoned well.

• DoorDash orderI've eaten egusi all my life and this is by far the worst I've had. It's essentially spinach soup with a bit of egusi mixed in and topped with tomato stew.
The Jollof rice is not Nigerian Jollof if that's what you're interested in. It's not bad, but it's not great. Plantain was too soft and mushy, very very over ripe plantain
So disappointed and we spent so much money.

• DoorDash orderThere absolutely no melon seeds the egusi it's like pure spinach in heavy tomato sauce which was so disappointing.. it didn't taste bad but it's not worth the $10 the portions are too small so I wont be ordering again.

• DoorDash reviewI am sorry, I didn't take pics, but I was so hungry that I just dug in. The food here is always soooo good! I fell in love with West African food about 10 years ago, but it's hard to find. However, when I found African Home Taste, I was happy. The okra soup, peanut butter soup & joloff rice are my favorites of theirs. The only downside is that the meals are expensive. Two meals will run you over 50 bucks on Door Dash. I ordered two meals recently that were $25 each, which most of them are on average. & I added on a side of beef & joloff rice. Those, plus fees, taxes, and tips, was some change from $90.00. This is the only reason I am giving them three stars. I think they could be more reasonable in what they charge. I once drove to the restaurant & found out it's deep down in the hood part of Old National, near Hershel Road. & I didn't feel good about going there by myself there after. So, Door Dash is what I do. Honestly, I would order more often if the food was more affordable.
