I just had the chicken curry, spice level, 4 out of 5 plus I added some more spice on top of it. The beautiful tandoori powder spice... The chicken was terrific with the 100. Garlic Naan ... i recommend this place highly.I've been coming here since 2007...

Definitely my favorite Indian restaurant, only issue I have its that since I ate the the first time there I don't like any other Indian restaurant. They are the best! Their sauces are smooth, thick and having bold flavors! Rice is fluffy. My favourite is Lamb malai. Prices are good too!

We love Indian food and we were starving so we ordered from the closest one. We have come here before for their lunch buffet. The food that we received was disappointing especially for the amount we paid. We ordered from the regular, expensive menu. What we received was bland, came in small portions , and tasted like it came from the lunch buffet (I really believe it came from the buffet since we ordered at 2pm). We ordered four main dishes and received only one of the most tiniest bowl of rice for my family. The naan was undercooked and doughy. Very disappointing. Our regular place is Annapoorna in Irvine but they were closed for lunch today. For roughly the same price you get AMAZING quality Indian food.

5. Chicken Pakoras, 4/10 Texture is really flat and soft rather than crispy like a pakora should be easily my least favorite item I ordered. 112. Raita Im a huge fan of Raita I put it on everything usually but this Raita has the consistency of water not a cultured yogurt it's also too sour leading me to believe it's just not stored properly. 4/10. Last but not least 97. Lamb Biryani, for me it's not about the money but I do believe in presentation and to stuff my entree into a Chinese take out rice box is crazy to me. The Lamb Biryani had a small portion of meat, not complaining just wish there was an option to add more or a side as I do know it's expensive. Rice was almost wet and soggy (possibly due to packaging)and I just don't think that's what a Lamb Biryani is or should be. I hope the restaurant can work on these things. Maybe they can turn my experience around next time but there's much better Indian cuisine in the area until then.
