Food came a little cold, but everything I asked for was included. The burger is good, large slices of avocado, with a generous helping of sauce.

I had been waiting to try the Burger Den because my friend had loved it. However, I was very disappointed with what I got: for paying $16.99 plus an additional $1.80 for a second patty, plus an additional $4.19 for a drink only to get a drink the size of a kid's meal anywhere else & to have my Build Me Up Burger burnt & lettuce that looked like it had started to turn before they put it on my burger, which also had a soggy lower bun, as well as the amount of fries I received for paying so much in no way felt worth it. I would like to add that, while the amount of fries made me feel cheated, they tasted SPECTACULAR. Not too salty & not overcooked. And the meat they used for the Build Me Up Burger , the parts that were not burnt tasted very good. So, despite a poor experience, the excellence of the fries & the quality of the meat used in the Build Me Up Burger kept this from a 1-star rating, despite it. It also makes me question that maybe I might receive a better experience, & even think the price could be worth it, if I ordered again at a different time. But not the drink. For the price I paid for the burger, a drink the size I received should have been complimentary.

I ordered lettuce rap, no bun, with ketchup, mustard and jalapeño peppers. I received the bun, bbq sauce and no jalapeños. The sauce made the whole this messy. Also came in a prettty big box for very few fries.

Burget was tough. Milkshake tasted cheap and could not finish it. Threw most of it away. For premium ice cream as described it was low rate and below that standard.
